- End-users who purchase digital marketing masterclasses (“Customers”)
- Registered affiliates who earn commissions by referring Customers (“Affiliates”)
2. Definitions
- Customer: Any individual who purchases a course or digital product.
- Affiliate: Any person or entity enrolled in our affiliate program who promotes products and receives commissions on sales.
- Purchase Date: The date on which the Customer’s payment is processed.
- Refund Request: A formal request submitted by a Customer to receive back funds for an eligible purchase.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Customers may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Request submitted within 30 days of Purchase Date.
- Less than 20% of course content has been accessed or downloaded.
- No violation of the Terms of Service (e.g., sharing account credentials).
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Any purchase older than 30 days.
- Completed courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed.
- One-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, or bundles marked “Final Sale.”
5. Refund Request Process

- Include your full name, order number, purchase date, and reason for request.
- Our team will confirm receipt within 2 business days and may request additional information.
- Once approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
