Refunds

1. Scope

This policy applies to

  • End-users who purchase digital marketing masterclasses (“Customers”)
  • Registered affiliates who earn commissions by referring Customers (“Affiliates”)

2. Definitions

  • Customer: Any individual who purchases a course or digital product.
  • Affiliate: Any person or entity enrolled in our affiliate program who promotes products and receives commissions on sales.
  • Purchase Date: The date on which the Customer’s payment is processed.
  • Refund Request: A formal request submitted by a Customer to receive back funds for an eligible purchase.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Customers may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Request submitted within 30 days of Purchase Date.
  2. Less than 20% of course content has been accessed or downloaded.
  3. No violation of the Terms of Service (e.g., sharing account credentials).

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Any purchase older than 30 days.
  • Completed courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed.
  • One-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, or bundles marked “Final Sale.”

5. Refund Request Process

  2. Include your full name, order number, purchase date, and reason for request.
  3. Our team will confirm receipt within 2 business days and may request additional information.
  4. Once approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Method and Timing of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing times vary by payment provider; please allow up to 10 business days from approval.

7. Exceptions & Disputes

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical delivery failures), we may grant refunds beyond the standard eligibility criteria at our discretion.
